How to make "Iced Cappuccino"


Makes 16 servings:
  • 8 cups vanilla ice cream.
  • 4 cups coffee.
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder, plus additional for sprinkling.
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
  • Cinnamon sticks(optional)
Preparation:
  1. Place all ingredients in a food blender, process until smooth. Pour into a glass dish or tin can. Place container in freezer. Freeze 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until top and sides of mixture are partially frozen.
  2. To serve, scoop into mugs, cups or glass. Sprinkle cocoa powder on top. If desired, garnish with cinnamon sticks.
