Makes 16 servings:
- 8 cups vanilla ice cream.
- 4 cups coffee.
- 1 1/2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder, plus additional for sprinkling.
- 2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- Cinnamon sticks(optional)
Preparation:
- Place all ingredients in a food blender, process until smooth. Pour into a glass dish or tin can. Place container in freezer. Freeze 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until top and sides of mixture are partially frozen.
- To serve, scoop into mugs, cups or glass. Sprinkle cocoa powder on top. If desired, garnish with cinnamon sticks.
